About Us

Loose Moose Apparel started out as an iPhone note titled "Dum Hat Ideas." After generating over 150 quips (and about 20 good ones) we realized we had something too silly and special to keep to ourselves. We began producing and wearing our prototypes in 2023, and officially opened for business in 2024 after getting stopped in the street, the post office, and the actual wilderness to answer questions about where we had gotten our ridiculous hats. 

We hope you like wearing our hats as much as we love making them. 

Amos and Mackenzie reside in Los Angeles, CA where they make hats, t-shirts, love, etc.
